Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:- You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Shielding paint and grounding supplies must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
- The clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and labels attached.
- Canopies and custom orders are non-returnable, except for manufacturing defects or errors.
Wholesale, Resellers, Contractors, and High Value Orders:
- Orders placed by wholesale customers, resellers, contractors, or individual customers with a total value exceeding $1000 are not eligible for refunds.
- In case of defects or errors on our part, we will offer replacements, store credit, or work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Returns Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via info@woremor.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Clearly write the RA number on the package containing the returned items.
- Pack the return items securely to avoid damage during transit.
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please mention your preference when requesting the RA number.
- Exchanges are subject to availability, and if the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund following the return process.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items, except in cases of defective or incorrect products sent by WOREMOR.
- We can provide a shipping label but will deduct the label cost from the refund amount.
- In the case of a manufacturing defect or an incorrect product, please contact our customer support for further instructions on return shipping.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned clothing items, we will process the refund to the original payment method within [3] business days.
- Refunds will only include the cost of the clothing items and do not cover original shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
- Alternatively, you may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund, which can be used for future purchases at WOREMOR.
- For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel such as undergarments, face masks and gloves are non-returnable. The same applies to custom orders.
